Grandparents

Sometimes when a couple separate, children can be prevented from seeing one set of grandparents. Grandparents do not automatically have any rights to see their grandchildren. However, it is possible for an application to be made to the family court, and if you have played a large part in the children’s lives and have a strong bond, courts often look favourably on such applications. I can advise and assist you if you find yourself in that situation and can assist in issuing an application to the court and represent you in those proceedings if required.
